My name is Jon. I am a cartoonist, filmmaker, and co-owner of Brewster Productions. I’m in my third year of grad school at Emerson College, where I’m working toward a Master of Fine Arts in media art. I’m also member of the Plymouth Cultural Council.

Each week I draw an editorial cartoon for the Old Colony Memorial, commenting on issues in the Plymouth area. I also author the comic Cartland, which is posted online every few days.

As an independent filmmaker, I specialize in cinematography, writing, and directing for fiction film, as well as historical documentary work about my hometown. With Brewster Productions, co-owner Scott McEwen and I lead a team of volunteers in the annual organizing of the Acoustic Nights Free Concert Series and the Plymouth Independent Music Festival
